Check, change or cancel your DSA driving theory test online :Cross Stitch – Do it online

You can use this service to check your test appointment details online, or change or cancel your booking. This is the only official Driving Standards Agency (DSA) service to manage your theory test.

You can move your booking to an earlier or later date, if a slot is available. You’ll be able to search for a new test date or change the test centre where you are taking your test. You can only change bookings that are confirmed.

What you need to change your booking

To change your theory test appointment, you’ll need:

• your valid Great Britain or Northern Ireland provisional driving licence number
• to give at least three clear working days’ notice before your test date to avoid losing your test fee

You can cancel a booking, and get a refund of the test fee, if appropriate. You can only cancel bookings that are confirmed.
