Find property prices, ownership details and title plans :Cross Stitch – Do it online

Use these Land Registry tools to find regional and national average house prices, and specific information (like the flood risk) on properties in England and Wales.

Use the ‘Find a property’ tool to find specific information on properties. For example, the:

• title plan – a plan showing what land is owned and where it is (fee £4)
• title register – confirms information about the property like who owns it (fee £4)
• Flood Risk Indicator result – the risk of flood for a property (fee £9 excluding VAT)

You’ll need to register with Land Registry and have a debit or credit card to pay the fee. You’ll also need to have a free piece of software called Adobe Reader installed on your computer. To find out more about Adobe Reader, see the link ‘Help with PDF files’.
