How to apply for finance – EU students :Cross Stitch – Education and learning

If you’re a student from another European Union (EU) country applying for help with tuition fees in England you need to complete a paper application form. Find out how and when to apply and what evidence you may need to give.
If you’re an EU student applying for help with tuition fees only follow these steps:
- complete an application form by the deadline – to get a form, see the links ‘Forms and guides’ below
- send your application form to the Student Finances Services European Team
- if needed, include any evidence with your application – for example, proof of identity
Check if you qualify for the same type of help as UK students. If you do, the application process is different. For more details, see the link ‘EU students: what type of finance do you qualify for?’
