Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.

Our prices are in British pounds (£). If you are shopping from North America, or anywhere else outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

To provide the highest level of security, all our online sales are processed by RBS Worldpay. Please click “VIEW MERCHANT RECEIPT” on the Worldpay payment page (after you have paid) to receive your automated confirmation email from us.

We accept Visa, Via Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, JCB and Solo. You may send your debit/credit card information over the Internet at our secure Worldpay payment page, or separately by mail or telephone. Or you can send us a cheque in GBP, British pounds (£), made payable to “Cross Stitch Centre”.

To remove an item from your shopping cart click on the “View Cart” button, which is at the top left hand side of all our product pages. Simply check the “remove” box and then click the “update” button.
